Q: The gamercard doesn't work. What to do?

A: Well, first make sure you typed your gamertag correctly. If there's no problem with your input, feel free to contact me. Be sure to be very detailed when describing your problem. You can also try to contact me through Twitter.

Q: How often are gamercard stats updated?

A: Stats are checked, on 360voice.com, for updates every 4 hours, from the time you first get your card.

Q: How come my motto doesn't show on the default gamercard?

A: Your motto is only displayed if your gamertag is 9 characters or less AND the motto is 18 characters or less. That includes spaces.
